POWER AND DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS


             

Modern machinery with the latest technology, puts our factory as one of the most advanced in Latin America, with the capacity to manufacture transformers up to 100MVA power and 138kV voltage, with natural or forced (air and oil) cooling.

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT:

It is performed by Peruvian professionals with extensive experience using technology and last generation tools, thus permitted us to achieve products of high precision and quality, according to current regulations and the requirements of our customers. We design equipment according to the needs of our customers from small control transformers, isolation transformers to large high voltage and power.

 

                              

 
AUTOMATED CUTTING IRON STEP LAP TYPE
 

Automated cutting iron step Lap Type

We have 3 last generation robots. The siliceous iron cut is fully automated, high-precision of 45 Total Step Lap, allowing us to guarantee a low reluctance magnetic core, low loss and low noise.

 

AUTOMATED WINDING
 

This process allows us to build maintaining uniform winding section of drivers and billets, avoiding over manual winding stretch itself. The windings are manufactured using insulating materials and the highest quality as copper conductive material used the highest purity.
VACUUM FILLING AND DRYING CHAMBERS

 

We use vacuum drying chambers, with cutting edge French Technology, for drying and vacuum filling. EPLI's oven has the capacity to dry the active parts of Power Transformers above 100 MVA and voltages over 138KV. It also allows the transformer oil filling, simultaneously with the final drying vacuum, guaranteeing a high isolation of the transformers and a prolonged lifetime thereof.

Prior to use, the oil goes through a rigorous treatment of filtration and drying, using thermal-vacuum machines and passes dielectric strength tests to ensure optimum operation of the transformers.
AUTOMATED BENDING EQUIPMENT
 

We have the latest technology, TruBend 3180 equipment, capable of bending iron plates of a variety of ways. Fold high precision and high speed which helps to boost our production process.
TRANSFORMERS TESTING LABORATORIES
 

EPLI S.A.C has two laboratories for electrical testing in order to ensure the quality of the manufacturing process and reliability of its transformers. Electrical tests allow verification of the electrical characteristics, in accordance with national and international standards, and verifies the operational reliability and lifetime of transformers.

EPLI S.A.C. modern laboratories have all the equipment required by the national standard NTP 370,002 and international standards IEC 60076 and ANSI C57.12 for routine tests and type tests.
