We use vacuum drying chambers, with cutting edge French Technology, for drying and vacuum filling. EPLI's oven has the capacity to dry the active parts of Power Transformers above 100 MVA and voltages over 138KV. It also allows the transformer oil filling, simultaneously with the final drying vacuum, guaranteeing a high isolation of the transformers and a prolonged lifetime thereof. Prior to use, the oil goes through a rigorous treatment of filtration and drying, using thermal-vacuum machines and passes dielectric strength tests to ensure optimum operation of the transformers. |

EPLI S.A.C has two laboratories for electrical testing in order to ensure the quality of the manufacturing process and reliability of its transformers. Electrical tests allow verification of the electrical characteristics, in accordance with national and international standards, and verifies the operational reliability and lifetime of transformers. EPLI S.A.C. modern laboratories have all the equipment required by the national standard NTP 370,002 and international standards IEC 60076 and ANSI C57.12 for routine tests and type tests. |
